3p Logistics & TransOcean are glad to share their collaborative efforts in moving the elements of a conveyor line from Latvia to Lithuania, before shipping to the United States.
The delivery consisted of seven oversized pieces of cargo, with widths of 4.7 meters and heights of more than 4.5 meters.
Travelling from Latvia to Lithuania via the Port of Klaipeda, the transport required permits, pilot cars as well as a police escort.
"At Port Klaipeda, our 3PL office team supported the customer with all their needs, such as lashing, securing, loading on flat racks and more."
TransOcean then handled the ocean shipping of the oversized cargo to the United States.
The shipment was made safely & successfully with thanks to the cooperation of both teams.
