Online 1-2-1 Appointment Planner
Freightbook have developed an Online 1-2-1 Appointment Planner so that each delegate can schedule up to 32 individual business meetings with companies from all over the world before they arrive! Each 30-minute meeting is assigned a table number so that the changeover between appointments is quick and painless.
Our sophisticated system automatically checks the diary of the delegate you wish to meet and the option to book a meeting will only appear for each particular slot if they are available. Confirmation emails will be sent to both parties and both diaries will be updated automatically. The online system is very easy to use with full instructions.
Not only will you save substantial time away from the office but also considerable travel expenses by being able to meet together in one place at the same time. Plus our all inclusive fee means that there will be no large expenses bill at the end.

This is why we have scheduled in the Freightbook Gala Dinner. An evening where you can relax and get to know fellow delegates ... and the great news is that your expenses won’t go through the roof, as the dinner is included in your Registration Fee!

The Venue
The 5 star Cornelia De Luxe Resort (view website) is positioned along the endless shore of Belek, just 35 kms from Antalya International Airport. The hotel has excellent conference facilities and multilingual staff to ensure that Freightbook delegates are able to work in complete comfort.
All main meals are taken buffet style in the Cornelius Restaurant. Snacks are also available in the Florian Restaurant from 12.00-16.00 and room service is available from 24.00-07.00, free of charge.
Unlimited domestic brand alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served by the glass including beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks are available 24 hours a day. A limited amount of imported alcoholic drinks are also available. All guest rooms have a mini bar with complementary beer and soft drinks (refilled every day).
The Registration Fee also includes use of the hotels facilities; indoor heated pool, Turkish bath with private pool, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi pools, Salmakis Disco (23.30-02.00) fitness centre, table tennis, billiards (10.00-24.00), TV room (24 hours), cinema and more.

Getting There
Antalya Airport (IATA: AYT, ICAO: LTAI) is built to accommodate the millions of passengers who come to Turkey's Mediterranean beaches in summer. It handled nearly 19 million passengers in 2008, more than 16 million of which were international passengers. The airport has two international terminals and one domestic terminal.
