MANAGE YOUR OWN COMPANY PROFILE PAGE

Advertisers manage their own company profile with automatic updates. Furthermore, we don’t just list basic contact details. Each profile includes company logo, full company formation details; a checklist of services offered; percentage of where business is divided between airfreight, sea freight and road freight; percentage of whether business is inbound or outbound; list of national airports and seaports covered; number of employees and size of warehouse, etc.

Our unique profile pages provide a good insight into each registered company which raises confidence. In addition, we keep records of how many visitors have viewed each company profile. Each profile has a direct hyperlink to the advertisers own website. Download Userguide.

INCLUSION IN MONTHLY FB INDEX

Freightbook want to provide our advertisers with as much promotion as possible, which is why on the 1st day of every month, all registered companies receive the FB Index, containing the primary contact details (company name, email, website) for each fellow Freightbook advertiser in alphabetical order by country. The FB Index is a very useful resource to refer to when looking for agents ... and fantastic monthly promotion for our advertisers.

DIRECTING NEW CUSTOMERS TO YOUR DOOR
Freightbook have invested in a targeted advertising campaign through Google with the aim of driving new business and potential customers to Freightbook advertisers.

As a direct result of our advert, we have noticed a large increase in the Quote Requests which are automatically forwarded to our relevant advertisers (approved by Freightbook staff to avoid spam).

JOIN ONLINE GROUPS

Each registered company can allocate individual log-ins for up to 5 staff members in order for them to participate in the Online Groups section. The perfect place to further promote company services; ask for recommendations of agents in countries where Freightbook does not currently have representation or to simply exchange ideas with other forwarders in order to make new ways of profitable business.

Our real time forum enables participants to share up to the minute information from around the globe, as well as gain knowledge of specialist services that they may be considering expanding within their company. Users can create a new topic for discussion at any time.
